Start with stretched arms (with handpalms up) and bring both of them to the chest, while turning the wrists towards you. Then stretch arms again until down and stretch handpalms the other way, while bowing forward.

JODAN UCHI in ZENKUTSU DACHI
Before strike bring the Bo above your head. At the end of thrusting firmly wring the Bo with your hands to the insite.
MAWASHI UCHI in ZENKUTSU DACHI
First lower the Bo towards your thigh, lift high up and strike.
HIKI OTOSHI NO KAMAE
Move into HAN ZENKUTSU DACHI and hand at solar plexus.
CHUDAN TSUKI in SOEGOSHI DACHI
Step from HIKI OTOSHI NO KAMAE forward into SOEGOSHI DACHI with thrusting CHUDAN TSUKI and back. At the end of the thrusting you wring the Bo with the front hand.
HARAI UKE in SOEGOSHI DACHI
Bo above your head at 45.
GEDAN BARAI in TEI KOKUTSU DACHI
First bring the Bo up to shoulder-height before blocking.
JODAN UKE in KOKUTSU DACHI
